In this ever-changing world, it is increasingly important to be able to work with people that are different from us. This workshop will provide tools and skills to create a productive work environment with members from diverse cultural backgrounds.
During the workshop, we will:
- Establish definitions and common language on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
- Examine one’s own culture and learn from others’ cultural identity.
- Explore common attitudes, stereotypes, and behaviors that perpetuate exclusion and stifle inclusiveness.
- Explore appropriate attitudes, behaviors, and skills when interacting with diverse colleagues.
This workshop will provide tools and skills to create a productive work environment with members from diverse cultural backgrounds.
