Have you ever thought about diversifying your donor base? Are you innovating in the way you communicate with culturally diverse audiences? Are you effectively reaching out to Spanish-speaking and other communities across the US?

WhatsApp has more than 2 billion users worldwide, and it’s the top messaging app in more than 130 countries (Source: 2019 Hootsuite report). In the US, WhatsApp is mainly used by Spanish-speaking communities and other diasporas, so If you’re working with these communities or are planning to expand your reach, you need to start innovating in your communication methods. As the world is turning towards digital strategies, let’s embrace new communication methods that will increase the reach of your existing emails and newsletters.
This is the perfect time to create connections, build strong relationships, develop original ideas that can strengthen your communication strategy, and unlock new channels with donors, beneficiaries, board members, and volunteers from multicultural communities.

This training will give you all the tools you need to start including new audiences and strategies in your communication and outreach.

Learning Objective:
-New ideas for communicating with multicultural communities
-How to use WhatsApp to engage your supporters and donors and create stronger relationships with them
-How to use WhatsApp to strengthen your existing communication strategies
