Philanthropy has been focused on the traditional old, white, and wealthy donor base. This thinking has nonprofits focus on Boomers and Gen Xers as donors and leaving other generations on the giving sidelines. Millennials are now a 1/3 of the workforce, and Gen X is moving into the workforce; now is the time to veer from that thinking. Organizations need to start strategizing on how to engage with Millennials & Gen Z because they actively seek to create an impact while shaping and redefining the philanthropy space. And yet, this energy has been ignored time and time again.

This training will prepare you and your organizations a step further because you will walk away equipped with the knowledge and resources to include Millennials and Gen Z in your fundraising strategy successfully.

Learning Objectives:
- Who Millennials and Gen Z are
- Understand the value in engaging a wider audience
- Tips on identifying Gen Y & Z constituents
- How to engage & influence different generations, especially Millennials & Gen Z

Other Info: This webinar will be recorded for future viewing. If you can't make it, go ahead and register anyway. You'll receive the recording a little later.
