While standard nonprofit financial reports – the budget, income statement, and balance sheet – provide important management information, these statements alone do not tell whether there is enough cash on hand to pay for an unexpected expense, to take on a new opportunity, or even to cover payroll next month. This webinar will help you anticipate and prepare for the ebb and flow of cash coming in and going out of your organization and identify ways to avoid and manage cash flow challenges.

About the Presenter: Keven Ambrus
Ambrus likes to think everyone has a little financial analyst in themselves. He has spent much of his career helping organizations develop financial plans, understand costs, and implement change. Ambrus really enjoys the inquisitive nature of learning something new and solving problems. Although most of his professional career has been in the for-profit community, Ambrus appreciated the opportunity to contribute to and learn from the nonprofit community over the past few years. He finds working within the nonprofit community to be fulfilling and connected to who he is. He received his MBA from Embry-Riddle University and am on the boards of COMPAS, Inc., a nonprofit putting creativity into the hands of Minnesotans, and First Universalist Church of Minneapolis. When Ambrus is not working, you can find him with a golf club in his hand or doing some type of sports activity.
