NDANO Legal Webinar Series: Board Policies
This new webinar series from NDANO will focus on legal issues for North Dakota nonprofits.
The Oct. 11 topic will be board policies, which will look at board-executive director relations and also cover items such as minutes, bylaws and articles of incorporation. The presenter is Murray Sagsveen, JD, CAE.
The registration fee is $20 for NDANO members and $70 for nonmembers. You are encouraged to submit your board policy questions ahead of time via the registration form.
